1. A straightforward setup

This website does not include advertising cookies, marketing pixels or analytics tags. You can browse product and policy pages without consenting to optional tracking. We therefore do not present an “accept all” banner for trackers that are not used.

2. Necessary request storage

If you use the order request form, session storage can keep a random submission identifier and receipt token. This allows the site to check delivery and avoid sending the same request twice. Your name, email, phone number and message are not stored in this browser receipt. It is not a marketing profile.

3. Spam protection and hosting

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when the contact service is active. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals for abuse prevention and may use necessary security mechanisms as described in its privacy and service documentation. This form does not depend on a third-party session cookie. Hosting services may also use information needed to protect and deliver the website.

4. Your choices

You can clear cookies and browser storage through browser settings. Clearing session storage may remove the ability to retrieve a local submission receipt; it does not delete an inquiry already delivered to the operator. Contact customer care for requests concerning delivered information.

The comfort guide stores no answers and sends none to the contact service. If JavaScript is disabled, the contact form and interactive guide cannot complete their functions; the published email and telephone remain available.
