1. The website and seller

2. Product information

The website presents a contoured memory foam pillow in packages of one, two or four. Images are illustrative product visualizations and are not evidence of certifications or exact supplied specifications. Confirm dimensions, cover materials, firmness, appearance and care instructions with customer care before buying.

“Orthopedic Twin Set” is a package name. It is not a claim of medical certification, treatment, guaranteed posture correction or suitability for a particular condition. Comfort is individual. The pillow and our preference guide do not replace professional medical advice.

3. Prices and order requests

Product prices are in US dollars: Single Luxury Pack, one pillow, $39.95; Orthopedic Twin Set, two pillows, $69.96; Master Family Bundle, four pillows, $99.96. Shipping charges and any applicable tax are confirmed before purchase. Displayed prices are product subtotals, not necessarily a final payable total.

Submitting the form requests contact about an order. It does not create a completed sale, reserve stock or authorize a charge. No payment card information is collected here. Product availability, the final total and payment arrangements are agreed separately before order acceptance. If an error is identified, we will explain it before seeking your agreement to proceed.

4. Shipping, cancellation and returns

The Shipping & Returns page describes the current delivery estimates, 60-day return request window, authorization process and refund timing. Contact us promptly to ask about changing or cancelling an accepted order; the options depend on its processing and dispatch status. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Responsible use of the comfort guide

The interactive guide discusses sleeping preferences only. It does not diagnose a condition, calculate a medical score or prescribe a pillow. Do not use its output to delay care for persistent pain, breathing difficulties or other sleep concerns. Seek appropriate professional advice for health questions.

6. Website materials and availability

Website materials may be owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. We take reasonable care with information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every description is error-free. Any limitation of liability is subject to the protections and remedies that applicable law requires.
