Soltrixe is operated by Comfort Sleep Systems, Inc., 23 Jefferson Rd, Branford, CT 06405, USA. Questions about personal information can be sent to contact@soltrixe.org or raised by telephone at +1 (203) 483-1198. This policy covers this website and the inquiries submitted through it.

2. Information you provide

The order request form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry topic and message. The chosen package may be included in the message so our team can respond accurately. We use this information to handle your inquiry, confirm product or order details and manage relevant follow-up.

This website does not collect card details or process payments. Please do not send medical records, government identification or payment information in a message. An order request does not subscribe you to marketing.

3. How inquiries are delivered

When the contact service is available, the form sends your information through our Cloudflare contact gateway to an operator-controlled Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. Cloudflare and Google act as service providers for delivery, hosting and associated operations. The page confirms receipt only after the receiving service acknowledges the submission. If the form is unavailable, contact us by email.

The operator and people authorized to handle inquiries may access the correspondence for that purpose. Personal information is not sold or used on this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Technical data and security

Hosting and security services may process network and browser information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated submissions. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.

A short-lived browser receipt is used to check submission status and avoid duplicate requests. Form contents are not stored by this site in browser storage. The technical gateway receipt expires after up to 24 hours of active use and is cleaned periodically; this does not determine how long a delivered inquiry remains in our business records.

5. The comfort guide and cookies

Comfort guide answers are processed only on the page. They are not stored, sent with the contact form or used to create a health profile. This website includes no advertising or analytics tags. See the Cookie Notice for necessary storage and security services.

6. Retention and privacy requests

Inquiry information is retained as reasonably needed to respond, manage related order matters, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes. Contact us to ask about a particular record, request access, correction or deletion, or exercise rights available under the law that applies to you. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

Different US state privacy rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We review requests accordingly and do not promise that every statutory regime applies to every visitor. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Contact us with questions about a particular transfer or retention period.

7. Children and changes
